Here at the Tipi Hire Co we specialise in the higher of exquisite off-white giant Nordic tipis and a great range of furnishings to go with them in south-east Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Our tipis were built using traditional Scandinavian design combined with an innovative new design that includes modern materials and construction techniques. They are made from sustainable Nordic pine and a specially crafted durable waterproof canvas. This results in a waterproof, strong and truly unique and magical structure to hold an event. They are incredibly versatile as they can have all sides down, all sides up or a mixture of both. So there is always a configuration that works for you and your venue.

Single Tipi
With all the sides down, the tipi has a diameter of 10.3 metres (83m² of covered area).
With all the sides up, the tipi has a diameter of 13 metres (132m² of covered area).
Each Tipi is 7.4 metres tall.
Full seated event can comfortably hold 60 people (on our tables and bench seats).
Standing cocktail style event can comfortably hold 80 people.
With all the sides up you can fit up to 100 people standing (with minimal furnishings).
Includes beautiful warm white fairy lights wrapped down the 9 main poles.
Double Tipi
Two giant tipis join together, side by side.
With all the sides down: 10.3m x 20.4m (166 m² of covered area).
With all the sides up: 13m x 23.1m (264 m² of covered area).
Each tipi is 7.4 metres tall.
A fully seated event can comfortably hold 120 people (on our tables and bench seats).
Standard cocktail style event can comfortably hold 150 people.
Includes beautiful warm white fairy lights wrapped down the nine main polls.
Triple Tipi
Three giant tipis join together, either in a row, triangle shape or L shaped configurations.
In a row with the sides up: 13m x 33.1m.
In a row with the sides down: 11m x 30.3m.
Each tipi is 7.4 metres tall.
If your guest list is 150 people or more, we strongly recommend you get a triple tipi.
There is enough room for 150+ seated guests, dance floor, bar and band.

Naked Giant Tipi
Our naked giant tipis look truly amazing and can be beautifully styled with our rugs, ottomans, lounges and dance floors. They come with fairy lights so look even better at night too!
They are 10.3m in diameter and 7.4m tall so can fit up to 100 people under each one.
Mini Tipi
Our Mini Tipis are perfect for backyard events or to use in conjunction with our giant tipis for some extra space. Such as for the band, dance floor, bar or lounge area. They have the same beautiful off-white canvas that all our giant tipis have. They have a 5.5m diameter, are 3.6m tall and can fit up to 30 people standing.
Naked Tipi Arbour
Tie in your ceremony and reception and get married under a naked tipi arbour then follow it up with a tipi reception. We have greenery available to hire to decorate and you can add on lights if you are having a night ceremony or just want to have some night time shots under it.
